At the Carriage House Clinic in Ardington we provide excellent private GP services and expert menopause and women's health care, under the Oxford Menopause brand.
As our business continues to develop, with a growing patient list and an increasing range of services, we are looking for a new Practice Manager to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will oversee a team of around ten, including receptionists, nurses and doctors, reporting directly to Dr Katie Barber.

We pride ourselves on patient satisfaction and our new Practice Manager will take pride in their leading role to support the very best clinical care. If successful you will help to maintain the high standards that we expect on behalf of our patients as well as looking for new opportunities to continually improve and grow our business.
The role will be based at The Carriage House Clinic in Ardington, with some opportunities for remote working by agreement, but oversight of the operations on site is essential.
The role is part time at 18hrs per week at a pro-rata salary of between £39,000 and £45,000 per annum subject to experience.
Our business continues to grow and our new Practice Manager will be at the heart of this development. We anticipate the opportunity to develop the role along with the business in the coming years.
